Yes, our dispatch operates 24/7. You can book a ride anytime whether it’s for an early morning doctor’s appointment. or a last-minute emergency transfer.
Booking & Scheduling
You can book a ride in several ways
– Online Visit our Rates & Booking page to use our instant rate finder and secure your ride.
– Phone: Call our 24/7 dispatch line at (872) 228-2211
– Email: Send your inquiry to info@echoconnect.com. For corporate clients, we also offer centralized scheduling and can integrate with your internal systems via API connectivity.
When scheduling a ride, please include:
– Your full name and contact information.
-Pick-up and drop-off addresses.
-Preferred date and time
– The type of service you require (eg., Door-to-Door, Door-Through-Door, etc.)
– Any special needs (eg, wheelchair type, need for a car seat/booster, or if a responsible party signature is required)
Vehicle & Service Levels
We offer three main vehicle categories:
– Standard Cars Ideal for individuals who need minimal assistance
– Wheelchair Vehicles: Fully equipped vans with ramps, lifts, and secure tie-down systems. Options include:
– Wheelchair Standard passenger brings their own manual wheelchair)
– Wheelchair Chair Provided (a wheelchair is supplied by Echo Connecti
– Wheelchair Bariatric/Electric (for heavier, wider, or electric wheelchairs)
-Vans for Group Transport: Larger vehicles designed for group outings or multiple patient transfers, ideal for senior living communities and adult day care centers
Our service levels are designed to match your individual needs
– Curb-to-Curb: For passengers who can independently get to and from the vehicle.
– Door-to-Door: For those needing assistance from the building entrance to the vehicle.
– Door-Through-Door: For riders who require help from inside the building or facility to the vehicle (note: we do not provide upstairs assistance please use the elevator or call us for guidance).
– Responsible Party: Similar to door-through-door service, with the added step of our driver signing off at the clinic or facility to confirm the patient’s pickup.
– Car Seat/Booster Seat Available upon request for families traveling with young children

If you require minimal help, Curb-to-Curb or Door-to-Door may be sufficient.
If you need more support especially from inside a facility choose Door-Through-Door or Responsible Party If traveling with children, indicate the need for a Car Seat/Booster Seat.
