1. Service Levels

- Curb-To-Curb
- Who It’s For: Passengers who can walk to/from the vehicle with minimal or no assistance.
- What to Expect: Your driver pulls up, opens the door, and drops you off by the curb— ideal for quick errands or low- mobility challenges.
- Tip: Great for independent individuals or short trips.

- Door-To-Door
- Who It’s For: Riders wanting a bit of support from the building entrance to the vehicle.
- What to Expect: Drivers help you across thresholds or lobbies but do not venture deep inside.
- Tip: Great for independent individuals or short trips.

- Door-Through-Door
- Who It’s For: Passengers needing hands-on help from inside a hallway or facility room.
- What to Expect: The driver can enter your home’s hallway or a hospital corridor, but can’t climb stairs.
- Tip: Ideal if you’re recovering from surgery, have balance issues, or need more attentive care.

- Responsible Party
- Who It’s For: Individuals whose facility requires a driver to sign a pickup release (often for hospital discharges).
- What to Expect: Same as Door-Through-Door assistance, plus paperwork confirming the passenger has been safely picked up.
- Tip: Tip: Tip: Often used by rehab centers or hospitals wanting written acknowledgment of patient transport.
Car Seats / Booster Seats
- Who It’s For:
- Passengers traveling with children—grandkids, nieces, nephews—who need a secure seat.
- What to Expect: Either bring your own car seat/booster, or let us know if you need one provided (availability may vary).
- Tip: Safe option for families or caregivers booking rides for multiple ages.

- 2. Consider Group Trips: For a bigger outing—especially at senior communities—Vans for Group Transport may fit better.
- 3. Check Assistance Level:
- Minimal: Curb-to-Curb or Door-to-Door
- Max Support: Door-Through-Door or Responsible Party
- 4. Note if you need a car seat or booster.
